Free Workout Friday: Theraband Workout #4: Core and Total Body

Here's my guest coach, Nicole Miller, who joined us on the 365fitt Healthy Active Living Trip to Captiva Island, FL February 1-8, 2014.  Nicole is demonstrating for us another great combination, this time for your upper back and hamstrings.  Remember to keep your back straight, hinging at the hips, as you bend forward.  I love the advanced move, which puts one leg in front of the other.   Nicole states, do 15-20, or about 15 on each side, if doing one leg in front.   Watch your form and focus on quality!  Great job, Nicole!
