Here's my guest coach, Nicole Miller, who joined us on the 365fitt Healthy Active Living Trip to Captiva Island, FL February 1-8, 2014. Nicole is demonstrating for us a beautiful pilates move. What I like most about this video is how you can do a progression. For a beginner, wrap the theraband around your back, lean back slightly making your abdominals tight, and bring your arms forward. For the lower body, you'll draw your knees in, which, as a beginner, you can do one at a time, until you become stronger. Finally, put the arms and legs together simultaneously for a more advanced workout; very much like a crunch. You'll utilize some great back and core stabilizing muscles on this one! Strive for 15 and watch your form and focus on quality!
