Power Walk Fun Circuit
Here's a great workout for anyone to do today. Next time you go for a walk, take your walking to the next level, by incorporating some basic exercises. When you see a park bench, do some squats. More advanced people can do full squats, while beginners can do "mini-squats". Individuals working on core strength can do an exercise we call "sit to stand", practicing standing up from a chair (bench). This is a great workout for partners, because you can each take turns spotting the next piece of equipment and calling out the exercise! There are no rules here. Make this workout your own.
