Free Workout Friday: Theraband Workout #2 Lunge and Side Bend

Here's my guest coach, Nicole Miller, who joined us on the 365fitt Healthy Active Living Trip to Captiva Island, FL February 1-8, 2014.  Nicole is demonstrating for us a great lunge with side bend combination.  Great for building lower body strength (glutes, hamstrings, quads) and obliques, not to mention super for working on your balance!  Incorporate these into your workout, performing 10 on each side (less if you're new to this exercise).  Watch your form and focus on quality!
