A fitness retreat (or vacation or camp) is a place where an individual or a group of people find time to improve their health through various structured fitness activities. There is usually a well planned itinerary and, depending on the type of retreat, may include elements of physical, spiritual, and nutritional activity as well as stress reduction.

Nevertheless, prices often include meals and snacks, accommodation, massage, wellness education, cultural entertainment, and at times airport transfers.
