Stability Ball Pushups and Bridges

Lots of variations today.  Give it a try.  Most people have a stability ball sitting around the house.  So, dust it off, put some air in it, and give it a try!

Don't have a stability ball?  Use your sofa!  Balance your legs on the sofa or low chair or bench and do your pushups.  For the bridge, balance your head, neck and shoulders on the edge of the sofa and lift your hips.  Keep your abdominals pulled in tight!  Enjoy!
