Today I wanted to tell you how easy workouts can be. Workouts don't have to be sweaty sessions in the gym. Workouts are supposed to be helpful to your body. They are supposed to get you healthy and keep you strong. So, next time you "don't have time" for a workout - I will challenge you. YES YOU DO!
What's great about these workouts is that you can do as little or as much as you want. Choose one workout if you only have 10 minutes. Choose two workouts if you have 20 minutes, and so forth. If you have an injured shoulder, choose to do just the core and/or leg workouts. There's really no excuse. Traveling? No problem, most of these workouts can be done in your hotel room without equipment, or with just a stretchy band.
